Costs entered ex-GST, sale prices inc-GST. Monthly drawdown with capitalised interest. Stamp duty and land tax brackets hard-coded for all eight Australian jurisdictions. All conventions documented in-tool.

Is my data sent anywhere?+

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is logged or stored. Export to Excel if you want to keep a record of a scenario.
